Breakfast.
Breakfast it the first meal of the day. Breakfast refers to breaking the fasting period of the previous night. It can be argued whether it is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast can be simple and on the go or large and fulfilling full dinner style meal.
Lunch.
Lunch is short for luncheon which refers to the midday meal or the meal between breakfast and dinner.
Dinner.
Dinner is the main meal of the day eaten in the evening or midday.
Desserts.
Cake, pie, fruit, pudding, ice cream, etc. served as the final course of a meal.
Snacks.
A snack is a small portion of food, drink, or a light meal especially one eaten between regular meals.
